Clinic was established in October 2001.  it is 100% owned by a board-certified Internal Medicine doctor, as an SBA Corporation.

The clinic has over 2000 patients and accepts all major insurance companies, including Canadian Insurances as it serves over 500 to 1000 Canadian patients in the season between April till March of each year.

The Clinic is a turn-key operation and has built a reputable name in the community as a major primary care practice, located right across a large community Hospital.
