Why Medical Office Sales in Fort Lauderdale
While it might surprise people, the demand for medical office facilities is actually growing. This means that when it comes to medical office sales, the outlook for them is bright even with the other things going on in other industries. There are several reasons for this phenomenon, and perhaps the biggest reason is that the medical office landlords have routinely continued to collect their rental payments. This means that it is a steady revenue for the landlords.
While some might claim that medical offices are recession-proof, they still have their own issues to overcome. Fortunately, those issues are minor, and medical facilities are not prone to huge peaks and valleys with rents. Oversupply is a nearly nonexistent issue, also leading to the large interest in medical office sales as well.

Fort Lauderdale is named after a series of forts built by the United States during the Second Seminole War. Three forts named “Fort Lauderdale” were constructed: the first was at the fork of the New River, the second was at Tarpon Bend on the New River between the present-day Colee Hammock and Rio Vista neighborhoods, and the third was near the site of the Bahia Mar Marina. When World War II began, Fort Lauderdale became a major U.S. base, with a Naval Air Station to train pilots, radar operators, and fire control, operators. A Coast Guard base at Port Everglades was also established.
